Can you service & maintain my convertible roof mechanism?

Yes, we can service the complete workings of your roof mechanism. This includes lubricating all bushed pivoting frame joints, treating roof related seals, clearing out roof drainage systems & hydraulic fluid level checks. It's strongly recommended to maintain these annually to ensure the longevity of your convertible roof.

What colour may I have on my new hood?

My convertible roof is stuck halfway & I can't get it closed. What should I do?

Stay calm, refer to the user handbook & follow the instructions for manual operation. Before attempting to move any part of the roof you must release the hydraulic pressure in the system. Do this either manually via the hydraulic motor assembly or simply waiting for the hydraulics to depressurise. Don't rush the procedure & call us to discuss this if you are uncertain.

My convertible roof doesn't work. Can you repair this prior to having a new hood installed?

Yes, we cover all aspects of convertible roof repairs. Please contact us to discuss this.

My rear window is damaged. Can this be replaced or is it time for a new hood?

Unfortunately the majority will require a replacement hood. There are a few models that allow for the rear window to be replaced. Please contact us to discuss this.

The colour of my hood has faded. Is there anything you can do to restore it?

Unfortunately there isn’t a suitable option we can vouch for. We are strongly against the use of dye and paint to colour existing hoods as they make the material very coarse and rigid. This impedes fabric movement significantly which then increases load on your framework. We see regular issues regarding this and advise it is best to keep the existing roof clean and proofed regularly for maximum longevity.

Is there a warranty against all products & workmanship?

There is a minimum 12 month warranty with all new products we supply & the quality of workmanship.



I have purchased my own hood or roof, can you install the product for me?

Yes we can. However please appreciate we can't guarantee the fit of a product we have not supplied.

Cash, BACS & credit/debit cards are all accepted methods of payment.
