Mercedes Hood Tension Cords

A long standing issue for all Mercedes C and E class models before 2021. As you refer to the image below, perhaps a familiar sight? An inherent factory design flaw from the use of a non braided style cord resulting in the headlining c-column moulding not stowing correctly between the framework.

The good news is, this may be repaired if the c-column mouldings are not damaged and we are able to replace the cords with a new, much improved braided paracord style. This high abrasion resistance cord will not deteriorate over time and will continue to perform, we are that confident we will guarantee our repair for 2 years!

If it is beyond recomission then we will seek to replace the full headlining with a good second hand unit.
